high ankle sprains are usually worse than broken bones (excluding the femur) it takes a long time to heel and could keep a guy out up to 6 months in extreme cases. He got off pretty lucky here. |

Well. At least it isn't broken. Though those soft-tissue injuries can be horrendous to rehab - Trust me, I took 2 months to fully recover from a severe ankle sprain suffered at work last year. It suuuucked. |

Looked like he was in a lot of pain. A high ankle sprain is still pretty bad but I guess he is lucky there was no breaks. |
